Running an event
Five steps, start to delivery
Step 1
Set up the event
Create the event, pick the theme and the music, and lay out its chapters — the shots you want from every guest, in the order the finished film should tell them.
Do it once for a recurring format and every future event of that kind inherits it. Setup costs nothing and does not need a card.
Step 2
Enroll the guests
Guests are added at check-in, ticketing or the meet & greet line, with a single reference photo each. A tap of a wristband works too where the line has to keep moving.
That one photo is the whole enrollment. Nobody has to install anything, and there is no tagging to do in the moment.
Step 3
Capture the night
Your crew shoot from the mobile app, which knows the chapter list and tells them what is still missing for the guest in front of them.
Shots from real cameras come in later through the desktop app. Mixed formats, orientations and frame rates are normalised on the way in, so nobody is converting anything by hand.
Step 4
It cuts itself
Every clip is matched to the guest it belongs to by face, sorted into its chapter, and assembled into a film with your theme and music over it.
An editor can step in — reorder, drop a clip, swap the track — but the default is a finished film without anyone opening a timeline.
Step 5
Deliver it
Each guest gets a private page with their film on it, watchable on any phone, downloadable and shareable, protected by a password if the event calls for it.
Many venues deliver the same night, while people are still in the room. Every film that gets shared is your next event advertising itself.
